YEAH, SUMMER IS HERE…

But will someone tell Mother Nature… PLEASE!!  We are officially on summer break, and we are planning to stay busy this summer.  We had our State Track Meet this past weekend, and had lots of fun!!! Chawndell was awesome (as usual) She left with 3 medals and one ribbon, I think she did EXCELLENT!!!  This year the games were held in Cedar City, big change from the past years, but well worth the drive.

(lined up for the opening ceremony's)

She is sooo PRETTY!!

I have no idea what kind of smile that is, but she waiting for her event.

I was cheering her on, and forgot to take pictures.  LOL she got 3rd place!!!

Rocking with the medals!!!!

Goofing off after dinner one evening

This is MY FAVOITE picture of all the ones I took.  Lar is helping C take a picture of her friends.

Silly Silly Chawndell, waiting for her run.

Rocking the Medals again, 3 of these athletes are Golden Spikers.  (our team, nothing like some friendly competition)

Stars Wars guys showed up to say HI, C is afraid of them, but good  OL’ Mike saved her.  LOL

This is our team with one of the guys. I have no idea who he is.

CHECK THIS ONE OUT, C is on the end with Jessie, he likes her. But she was SCARED, so she was hanging on him and he has a HUGE smile on his face.  It is cute how he likes her, he sits with her, helps her, talks quiet in her ear, and gives her hugs when he see’s her.

Happy Summer!!!

I’m a very proud Mama!!!!  I feel very blessed to have Chawndell in my life!!!!!!!!!  Without her I would not meet all these wonderful people who fill my heart with joy!!

Bad Bad Blogger

I’m such a bad blogger, I try and I look at all the amazing blogs out their and I think I need to update my blog more often!!  But life just gets in the way, and I think I have a boring life, and wonder who all really likes to read my blog.  Not much different has been going on, Chawndell is running track for Special Olympics, Larry is still keeps us laughing and I’m along for the ride.  I’m taking lots of pictures and and still scrapping them all.  SO I thought I might show you some layouts I have been making.

What have you been up to this new year?

We have been busy being lazy, just the normal stuff, work, school and spending time as a family.  We love our new house but it has been a huge challenge for me to keep up on the house work,  it is double the size of what we had before.  But I love it!!!  We have been walking to the park daily YEP even in the cold! Tinker LOVES to run and race Chawndell down the hill.  Even Lacy enjoys the walks.

Chawndell loves to take pictures with her new camera.
